We can assist you with location advice and importantly we will spend 45 minutes showing you around the motorhome and how everything works, so please plan this into your travel timelines.

We will demonstrate the toilet system and all heating, air conditioning,
electric and water hook-ups.

COVID-19 Motorhome preparation.

We have always taken cleanliness very seriously.

In light of COVID-19 we have taken further steps to ensure all possible surfaces are clear of any possible contamination, such as using disinfectant wipes and anti-bacterial spray on all materials within motorhome and driving area.

All cutlery, cooking utensils, plates, cups, mugs, saucepans etc are dishwasher cleaned and placed back in the motorhome with gloves. We use bleach spray in all of the kitchen, fridge/freezer, bathroom areas (including toilet cassette) as well as the external locker doors & handles.

Motorhome collection.

Its an exciting time coming to collect the motorhome for your trip as this is where your holiday starts, however please do not feel offended if we do not shake your hand when we greet you, or if we are wearing ppe (such as face masks), we may also offer you hand sanitizer on arrival. I’m sure you can understand this is to protect ourselves and stop any kind of transmission.

Going the extra mile.

We completely understand that some customers would prefer an extra level of reassurance so we decided to offer an additional service on top of all the previously mentioned preparation.

On completion of our extensive cleaning we can perform a vehicle sanitiser bomb for an additional £20.

What is a Sanitiser bomb?

An aerosol bomb is placed in the motorhome with all cupboards and doors open to ensure total penetration of all areas. This bomb will fill the motorhome with a virus and bacteria killing fog (killing 99.99%) for 20 minutes. The fog will then be ventilated leaving no residue but with a clinically clean smell with no added perfumes.

These sanitiser bombs are used in the ambulance service and other areas of the NHS including care homes. Importantly they are also completely Child and pet friendly. If you would like to add the Sanitiser Bomb to your booking, then please let us know.
